Endless Potential Therapy PLLC
GET IN TOUCH
Reaching out doesn’t mean you’re committing to anything.
It means you want to heal and that’s enough.
Fill out the form and I’ll be in touch within one to two business days.
Tell me a little about what’s going on. You don’t need to have it all figured out. A few words is enough to get started.
If you’re not sure about filling the contact form. Send me an email directly here. I’ll get back to you in 1-2 working days.
Everything you share stays between us. All sessions run on a HIPAA-compliant platform.
I read every message personally and respond as soon as I can.
The consultation is a chance to talk, not a contract. You get to decide if it feels right.
The first step is reaching out through the contact form or by email. From there, we’ll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk briefly about what you’re looking for and whether we might be a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll book your first full session from there. There’s no pressure or commitment involved in the initial call.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which tends to support the most consistent progress.
As things shift and stabilise over time, some clients move to every other week.
The frequency is always something we decide on together based on your needs and what’s realistic for your schedule.
Sessions are focused on what you’re carrying right now and the patterns underneath it.
That might look like unpacking a stressful week, exploring where a recurring emotional response comes from, building concrete skills for managing anxiety or difficult emotions, or doing deeper insight work around identity and self-worth.
The work is collaborative, we move at a pace that feels right for you, and the direction is always shaped by what’s most meaningful and useful in your life.
My practice is designed for adults who are generally functioning in their day-to-day lives but are experiencing significant emotional stress, burnout, anxiety, or recurring patterns that are affecting their wellbeing and relationships.
If you are currently in crisis, experiencing active suicidal ideation, or need a higher level of psychiatric support, I will help connect you with the appropriate resources. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, the free 15-minute consultation is a good place to start.
We can talk through what you’re navigating and figure it out together.
I work exclusively with adults, typically 18 and older.
My practice is specifically tailored to the concerns that show up in adult life; career pressure, burnout, relationship patterns, identity, and the emotional weight that builds over years of high functioning.
I accept several insurance plans.
For clients who prefer additional privacy or flexibility, private pay is also available.
If you have questions about whether your specific plan is accepted, feel free to reach out before scheduling.
Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, burnout, and many other concerns.
For many clients, the convenience of attending from home or their office actually makes it easier to show up consistently, and consistency is one of the strongest predictors of progress in therapy.
A private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link before your appointment.
You can request your records by contacting me directly at contact@endlesspotentialtherapy.com.

I will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
My license allows me to practice in Texas and Illinois, which means I can formally take on clients who are located in either of those states.
That said, if you’re based somewhere else and are curious about working together, you’re always welcome to reach out. Depending on your location and situation, there may be options worth exploring, and if I’m not able to work with you directly, I’m happy to help point you toward the right resources.
Online therapy for anxiety and depression can help you move from surviving to actually feeling grounded in your life again.
